If you are looking for a lean and toned face that is going to make you look like you are years younger, than you need to learn how to do some good facial exercises. These are really going to just take a few minutes of your time each day but they will give you amazing results. Here are some of the facial exercises that you should try in order to get your face looking better than ever.

Forehead
The first place you should start with is the forehead. You will take your index fingers and put them right above the eye before pulling down the eyes and raising the eyebrows. This is going to work to firm the forehead and you should work on this facial exercise for about ten times.

Lips
Who doesn’t want to have amazing looking lips that are the envy of all who are around? With this workout, you will be able to get that in no time. To start, place your finger in your mouth and then suck on it as hard as you are able to before working to remove it. This can be difficult at first, but over time it will be much more difficult to get the finger out of your mouth. Do this for ten times as well.

Eyes
Next are your eyes. Sit so that they are relaxed and closed. While they are still closed, look up and down as much as you can and then do this about fifteen times.

Cheeks
Keeping the cheeks healthy is an important thing for many people. To do this, take your three middle fingers and place them on the cheeks to push down. While you are doing this, try to smile as hard as possible. Make sure that the head is going back when you do this one.

Neck
Get rid of those horrible old lines on the neck with this exercise. To do it, sit up and tilt the head back so you are looking at the ceiling. Keep the lips closed and relaxed during this facial exercise. Move the lip on the bottom over on to the top as much as you can and then hold it there until you get to the count of ten. When this is done, relax the lip for a few seconds before doing it all again. Do this workout ten times to get a longer and firmer neck to enjoy.
