fit in skinny jeans workout

It seems we are always trying to fit in with the latest fashion fad, but fitting into skinny jeans is actually quite an accomplishment and can leave you in a healthier state. If you are not willing to exercise, it can be tough to get into those tight-fitting pants. The positive results from our skinny jeans workout will not be limited to giving you a fashion friendly wardrobe, but also a lean, mean, healthy body. To get there, you need to burn fat and tone all of those areas you need to tuck in when hopping up and down trying to pull up your pants: butt, thighs, hips and belly.

Squat
An awesome exercise to work out all of the protruding lower body parts is the squat. It is important to get the form right for this exercise, as performing it with a wrong movement can lead to injury, especially to your back. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Lower your body or “squat” till your thighs are parallel to the floor and then slowly rise back to your starting position.

Lunge
Working out your hamstrings, quads, glutes and core in one exercise is possible with lunges so it most definitely has to be a part of your skinny jeans workout plan. Stand straight with arms at your side and keep your back, chest and head straight and aligned. Take a step forward with your right leg bringing down your hips till both legs are almost at a 90o angle and then return to the starting stance. Repeat by bringing the other leg in front.

Curl
Stand straight and lift one leg back towards your glutes, turning your knee till it forms a 90o angle with your leg. Go back to your starting position and repeat with the other leg this time. This will work out those stubborn hamstring muscles. Beginners can do these exercises using their own body weight, while more experienced users can hold dumbbells in their hands with weights starting from 5 to 10 lbs and going as high as you can challenge yourself. Depending on your level, you may do 2 or 3 sets with 10 to 15 reps each.

Plank
You can’t fit into skinny jeans and have a tummy hanging out. Consequently, your skinny jeans workout absolutely has to engage your core muscles. A simple yet highly effective exercise for your abdomen is the plank. This exercise also strengthens your hips and back to give you a better posture along with a skinny jeans fitting body. Get in position and hold it as long as you can. Work up your time gradually and see the results melt away the tummy fat.
